John Mattson develops its buildings by renovating and thereby upgrading apartments. Apartment renovations usually happen in two stages, according to our proven Larsberg model. In the first stage, apartments and technological installations in the buildings first receive base upgrades to ensure the buildings’ technical viability and to meet the demands of existing tenants. During base upgrades to a building, all the occupied apartments are also upgraded.
After an apartment has received a base upgrade, it can be completely upgraded when the tenant moves out.
