John Mattson has appointed Ebba Pilo Karth as the company’s new CFO. She will assume her role by 1 April 2024 at the latest and will also join company management at that time. Until that time, Eva Wiklund will hold the role of interim CFO. In August 2023, Maria Wirén assumed the role of Head of Property Management and is now a member of John Mattson’s company management.
The incoming CFO, Ebba Pilo Karth, joins us most recently from Forsen AB, where she has held the role of CFO since 2021. Prior to that, she held the roles of Chief Financial Officer of Stena Fastigheter Stockholm AB and as CFO of Telia-owned Skanova AB.

Maria Wirén, who previously held the position of Head of Property Management Residential and who was co-opted to company management, took over the position as Head of Property Management and joined as a regular member of company management on 1 August.

It is therefore gratifying that Maria is assuming overall responsibility for property management with responsibility for residential and commercial premises alike. We are maintaining our focus on both property categories with managers for the respective areas. John Mattson’s company management comprises: Per Nilsson, CEO; Mari Edberg, Head of Communications; Daniel Fornbrandt, Head of Business and Project Development; Maria Wirén, Head of Property Management; and Eva Wiklund, interim CFO. Eva Wiklund will be replaced as CFO by Ebba Pilo Karth by 1 April 2024 at the latest.
