The Nomination Committee of John Mattson Fastighetsföretagen AB has today proposed Ingela Lindh for election as a new Board member at the Annual General Meeting on 22 April.
Ahead of John Mattson’s AGM in April, the Nomination Committee has proposed Ingela Lindh as a new member of the Board of Directors. Moreover, the Committee proposes re-election of the Chairman of the Board Johan Ljungberg and of Board members Ulrika Danielsson, Håkan Blixt and Christer Olofsson. As previously announced, Anna Sander stepped down as a Board member in December 2020.
Ingela Lindh has extensive experience of the property sector and urban development. She was CEO of the City of Stockholm between 2016 and 2018 and has also acted as Director of Urban Planning for Stockholm’s Urban Planning Department, and Managing Director of Stockholms Stadshus AB and Stockholmshem. Ingela Lindh is currently Chairman of Fastighetsägarna Sverige and Svensk Byggtjänst, and a board member of companies including Anders Bodin AB. Ingela qualified as an architect at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
